Code run by workerd, kept by the platform: read and save a Worker's files. A Worker is otherwise a service, created and observed through the deployments endpoints with the source kind worker.

Save the code of a Worker, and deploy it.

The files replace those kept. Only .js, .mjs, .json and text files can be part of a Worker; worker.js must be among them. Its variables reach the code as env.NAME.
