Terms of service

What using InfraFlow commits you and us to, briefly.

01Your account

Creating an account means accepting these terms. Keep your password and tokens to yourself: what is done with them is done in your name. The owner of a workspace answers for what its members do there.

02What it may not be used for

  • anything illegal, or hosting illegal content;
  • attacking, scanning or probing systems you do not own, or taking part in denial-of-service attacks;
  • malware, phishing, or spam;
  • mining cryptocurrency, or exhausting shared resources on purpose;
  • getting around the limits of your plan or the isolation between customers.

Defensive security is welcome: honeypots, monitoring and scanners pointed at your own services. A honeypot only receives; it never answers with an attack. To report abuse, write to hello@infraflow.app.

03Your content

What you deploy and store stays yours, and you are responsible for it. We only host and transmit it as running the service requires, as the privacy policy describes. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose: disks and buckets are not backed up for you.

04The service

InfraFlow is provided as it is, without a guaranteed level of availability, and may change. Templates and stacks start third-party software under its authors' licences: checking that it suits your use is up to you. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost revenue or data you had no copy of.

05Stopping

You can delete your workspaces at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or endangers the platform, with a warning first unless it is urgent. These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. Questions: hello@infraflow.app.
